Delete your
ScriptLayer account.
Request deletion of your ScriptLayer account and associated personal data through our secure web request flow. You do not need to install the Android app.
How to submit your request
1. Open the secure deletion page using the button above.
2. Sign in to the ScriptLayer account you want to delete.
3. Enter your current password, provide a reason, and type DELETE MY ACCOUNT.
4. Select Submit deletion request and keep the request reference.
Your password is entered only on the ScriptLayer app website. Do not send it by email or in a support message.
What happens next
Your request enters administrator review. Approval of a request is not confirmation that deletion is complete. Support checks account ownership, legal retention requirements and shared production-credit records before completing the request.
Account, profile and associated data
The request covers your ScriptLayer account, profile and associated personal data. Tell support if you want to remove only a public profile or specific data instead. Shared production and credit records may involve other people; support will explain how these records are handled.
Retention and completion
Information needed for legal obligations, fraud prevention, dispute handling or legitimate record-keeping may need to be retained. Ask support to identify any retained categories, the reason and the applicable retention period for your request. A fixed completion or retention period is not currently published.
Before you request deletion
Save copies of material you need and resolve ownership of shared production work. Check any active subscriptions with the service through which you purchased them. Uninstalling the app does not delete your account or by itself cancel a subscription.
Trouble signing in?
Use password recovery on the ScriptLayer sign-in page. If you can sign in but need assistance, contact support from your account. Never share passwords, payment-card details or identity documents in an initial support message.
