The terms for using ScriptLayer websites, applications and services.

1. Agreement
These Terms and Conditions govern access to ScriptLayer websites, applications and services operated by Endless Creations. By creating an account or using ScriptLayer, you agree to the published version of these Terms and the Privacy Policy.
2. Eligibility and accounts
You must be legally able to enter this agreement or use ScriptLayer through an authorised parent, guardian or organisation. Provide accurate information, protect your password and one-time codes, and notify support promptly about suspected unauthorised access. You are responsible for activity performed through your account unless the law provides otherwise.
3. Plans, fees and renewals
Prices, features, billing intervals, taxes and renewal terms are shown before checkout. Paid access may begin only after the payment provider confirms payment. Unless a checkout or applicable law states otherwise, fees already earned for a billing period are not automatically refundable.
4. User content and permissions
You keep ownership of scripts, profiles, images, recordings and other original material you submit. You give ScriptLayer a limited permission to host, process, display, reproduce and transmit that material only as needed to operate, secure and improve the requested services. You confirm that you have the rights and permissions needed for anything you submit.
5. AI features
AI features assist with drafting and production planning; they do not replace professional, legal, financial, safety or creative review. Outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, similar to other outputs or unsuitable for production. You are responsible for reviewing and lawfully using an output.
6. Casting, profiles and SL Credits
Users are responsible for the accuracy of casting calls, applications, professional claims and submitted credits. ScriptLayer may moderate, request evidence, correct, reject or remove content. A badge or approved credit reflects the checks described by ScriptLayer and is not a guarantee of identity, talent, employment, conduct or project quality.
7. Protected Payments
Protected Payment tools coordinate agreement and payment status between users and supported payment providers. Unless ScriptLayer expressly states otherwise in a signed agreement, ScriptLayer is not a bank, escrow institution, employer, talent agent or guarantor. Payment release, reversal, refund and dispute outcomes may depend on provider rules, evidence, law and authorised administrator review.
8. Prohibited use
Do not use ScriptLayer to break the law; infringe intellectual-property, privacy or publicity rights; impersonate others; publish deceptive casting or payment requests; harass or exploit people; upload malware; bypass security or access controls; scrape restricted data; or interfere with the service.
9. Third-party services
ScriptLayer may connect to payment, AI, email, video, analytics or other third-party services. Their availability, terms and privacy practices are controlled by those providers. ScriptLayer is not responsible for a third-party service beyond the extent required by applicable law.
10. Suspension and termination
We may restrict or suspend access to protect users, investigate suspected misuse, comply with law, address unpaid fees or enforce these Terms. You may stop using ScriptLayer at any time. Provisions that by their nature should continue after termination will remain effective.
11. Service availability and disclaimers
We work to keep ScriptLayer reliable, but features may change or become temporarily unavailable. To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided without guarantees that every output, opportunity, credit, payment result or third-party connection will meet your expectations.
12. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Endless Creations will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses arising from use of ScriptLayer. Any limitation does not exclude liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
13. Indemnity
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to be responsible for claims and reasonable costs caused by your unlawful use of ScriptLayer, your content, or your material breach of these Terms.
14. Governing law and disputes
Nothing in these Terms removes rights or remedies that cannot be excluded under the law applicable to you.
15. Changes
We may update these Terms as the service changes. The published “Last updated” date identifies the current version. If a material change requires consent, we will request it as required by law.
